I made this Nativity video for the Christmas party on my side of the family. It includes all of my parents' grandchildren ages 11 and under...and there's a lot of them!
Enjoy!

Oh my goodness!!!!! I cant handle all the sweet cuteness!!!! This was sooooooooo cute. Great job, so creative, and I just LOVED IT! My favs where the pix of the praising angels! Reminds me of Mark Maybrys "Reflections of Christ" angels. VERY COOL;-)
That was wonderful! Everything - the music, the scripture, and especially the kids - was fabulous! That will be treasured for years to come. Awesome!
What a lovely way to start my morning; found this on my screen (this isn't really Mary; it's her mother, The Editor!) after Mary's visit to my office computer. Beautiful job! Thanks for sharing.
Wha a beautiful work of art and gift! How did you do that? Amamzing! Thank you very much for sharing. Happy New Year to you and your beautiful family! With love~ mare
Shannon, this was amazing, so beautiful.
I would like to know more about how this came to be, it obviously represents a ton of work~ Did you take all the photos, how was this staged?
Thanks for sharing,
MM
MM,
Glad you liked it! Normally at our Christmas Eve party we do a live Nativity with all of the little kids (my mom has been collecting costumes for years). It is always fun but also very hectic. I had a vision of the kids and adults all being able to just sit down and relax and think about the Nativity but still have the kids star in it, so I decided to do this. Amy took most of the photos for me of the kids around here in my backyard or at my parents house. Then I asked everybody that didn't live around here to send me photos of their kids dressed up. Meg and Ashley did their kids in the fields and w sheep. Allison sent me the girls and I think they were at your mom's house. The flying angels were actually jumping on the trampoline in my backyard. Then we did a lot of photoshopping--putting the angels on different backgrounds and adding my little preemie Miles to the manger and into Mary's arms (luckily we just had those photos of him on the blue blanket and swaddled in the striped blanket). I used some software called ProShow to put it all together. It was a lot of work but a lot of fun, too, and I'm sure its something we'll all enjoy watching in the future, too, so it was worth it.
That may have been more of an answer than you were asking for!
YOu did so good!
I watched this earlier this week when you first posted it but didn't get around to commenting but I wanted to tell you what a great gift this was to your family! I am sure everyone will treasure it for many years to come! I also love the scriptures you chose - some very common, some not as much. Well done, dear friend!
That was amazing! Good Job!
Hi,
I just went to post and saw all of your comments for some reason they did not come up on my email! Thank you for the comments! There is one I didn't post but I am saving it! Thanks for your prayers!
This is absolutely beautiful! I could watch this over and over. I wish I had popped over before Christmas and had my kids watch it in the season. No matter....I will show them tomorrow morning.
Wait a go momma!!!!
