Finn didn't want to put on any of the myriad of costumes choices he had available to him from past Halloweens (cow, chicken, lion). But that was just fine because I had already decided long ago what his costume would be. My son has a head that is very large for his body, a long torso, and short legs. Perfect. I taught him to say, "Good grief", spray painted a yellow t-shirt, added black shorts, short socks and brown shoes and we were good to go.

Luckily there were no rocks in his trick-or-treat bag!
