Remember this little one??? Oh my goodness! How quickly a year has gone. Even more special than getting a house on March 30th was the celebration of having Lila Pearl as part of our family for an entire year. We adore this baby girl so much. She is bright and happy and so social!
After we gave her a house, we went out to eat at Niki's Italian then came home for a couple of gifts and cupcakes.
Her favorite part, by far, was being sung to. We sang "Happy Birthday" to her twice because she loved it so much!
The first taste of straight sugar wasn't too bad either.
Lila pulls herself to walk along the couch edges. She often lets go and just stands on her own for a few seconds but hasn't tried to take steps yet. She loves to sing at church and says "Yeah!" loudly at the end of every prayer. She loves to wave her two little hands and is so proud of the sound she makes when she claps. She now weighs 21 pounds (50th %) and is 31 inches tall (95th %). She purposefully says, "Hi", "Dad", "Yeah", and "Mama". She twists her tongue and makes lots and lots of other cute, talking sounds but we haven't deciphered them yet. This baby girl is such a joy to us. Lila Pearl, my sweetest girl, we love you SO MUCH!

Can I first off just say that I pretty much love all of your children's names? Lila, what a little cutie! I especially think the first picture is so precious! Happy birthday little sweetie!
