I remember Nancy posting a pic of herself when she was about as pregnant as I am now. I thought she looked so cute and I thought that it was actually good that she was showing because then people didn't just think she was fat, they could really tell she was pregnant. Well, I am not looking pregnant, I'm just looking chubbier and chubbier. Even though my regular pants fit, I've started wearing the new jeans I got from Old Navy that are some kind of new waist that is actually just like an elastic waist instead of a band or big panel or something, simply because they are so comfy. I didn't think I would want to share any photos of my baby belly with the whole blogging world. Nevertheless, I feel it is important to journal these memories and these milestones (past my first trimester now). I gave String Cheese the camera today and told her to not get my face in it, the tummy is embarrassing enough. So, here I am in all my glory:

Did I hear you say you were just chubby? I must be missing the chubby photo. You look GREAT!!!
Abs of steel....
Man, What DON'T you do, Perla???
I didn't look that good in high school. you stink!
Whatever dude! I'm outta here!
How did that picture of me get on your blog....and oddly, there is a picture of a tummy on my camera that looks like the chubby one you describe - did our cameras get lost in a shuffle? Yes, they must have - I'd know my abs anywhere! You want me to send the preggie photo? Happy to trade!
Please tell me this is you being a smart alec. BECAUSE, I am pretty sure you got that pic off of my computer -- it was taken two days after I had Penny . . . I know, I know, embarrassing that I would still look so gross after already having two days to recoup, but I just had wanted to document the entire process.
No way is there a baby in there! And 2nd trimester, you say?!!! I think I can remember those days when I looked that good. Maybe about 6 or 7 kids ago, when I was 19 & pregnant w/my 1st baby or 21 & pregnant w/baby #2. But by the time baby #3 was on the way I was showing before the 2nd trimester. And w/this last baby (#8) I was showing almost immediately. People kept saying that I was having 2 or 3 babies. It was just one big healthy baby boy. 9 lbs. 3 oz.!
Suckas! Man people think you can do no wrong...including your abs I guess. What a joke those aint your abs. However yours look better than those when your not so preggy
