I love Christmas time so very much but I *occasionally* get stressed out. I'm sure none of you do. None of you ruined TWO batches of fudge by first using butter instead of margarine and then listening to your sister Kathy when she tell you it wasn't the butter it was the chocolate so then you made a second batch with butter and different chocolate and it did NOT work. None of you left some of your last minute shopping to do at Wal-Mart until the Saturday before Christmas. ::shudder:: None of you tried to run to 3 different stores on the most busy Saturday of the year on the busiest road in the area to find waterproof gloves for your children who received frostbite this morning while playing in the snow with their flimsy little knit gloves. And I'm sure none of you have children that get over stimulated at this time of year and throw a lot of fits.
But, just in case any of you do have things like that going on and need a bit of comic relief like I do right now, I will share a few of my favorite laugh-invoking video clips.
And please, leave a comment a share one of your favorites with me!
One other quick thing, I know it is not nice to laugh at another's expense. It is not nice at all. But I'm still doing it. So, the best thing I can think of to make up for it is to try and think of some way to have you laugh at my expense. I'll work on that next.
This has to be one of my very favorites of all time but you have to hear the anchors in the background to get the full effect, so make sure you have volume:

Oh that poor grape lady. She clearly got the wind knocked out of her -- which sadly makes a person sound like -- well, like how she sounded. Embarrassingly awful.
I am so stinking glad to see that you have the same old demented humor that you used to have. I know it is not funny when someone else falls and gets hurt it is really serious, but even as I type those words I can't help but laugh...remember, "Oh Boy?"
The last one was hillarious as well, I loved at the end that he busted himself.
Good ones, thanks for finding the time to post those fun things.
kelly, i am very glad that i didn't have water in my mouth when i read your comment or i would have spit all over my screen. i forgot all about "oh boy" but it came right back. and now i'm laughing again and sighing but still laughing. i just pictured the whole scene in my mind again and just laughed again.
Thank you for the laugh. I so needed it. I will be thinking about those in the videos hoping all is well, um and probably still laugh sorry.
I have tears coming down my face-you know, the good tears from laughing too hard.
Poor model! I'll bet she has some genetic condition that causes her to have spaghetti for ankles.
I'm sure that DUI one is staged, but that was pretty funny.
My favorite video lately is this one.

Click the video at the top and just try to keep your eye on the drummer throughout the video. Pure magic!
I have actually had the recipe fiasco where I've made the same recipe 3 x's because I used the wrong ingredients.
As for crazy kids, we definitely have our share! That's why, a few yrs ago, we started letting them open 1 gift a day the week of christmas so they didn't get so overwhelmed on christmas day. we started today.
I am surprised I did not see you out and about on Saturday, than again we cut our shopping trip short due to a fit! LOL
I always need a good laugh! Thanks
Those were very funny!
I tagged you on my blog and yes, I'm a complete stragner but wanted you to know I think you're fabulous!
Now you have been tagged twice with the same tag! (Me is Lila and she is an amazing person!)
Oh Perla!
Ok, I am laughing so hard at those anchors that couldn't control themselves after watching that model go down repeatedly in slow motion!
I couldn't watch that second one again because I probably would have started crying again for that poor woman!
I had seen the 3rd one before, but it's so cool how coordinated and creative with his dancing that guy is and the ending is classic!
Thanks!
Did you try TJ Maxx for your kids gloves? No one wants frostbite for their children!
we enjoyed the laugh this morning--i knew the grape lady would fall and i felt so evil for laughing so hard. it felt great to laugh though, thanks!
Oh my goodness! I needed that laugh. Thanks!
O i am having such a nice time at these poor peoples expense!
that last clip was from the show "reno 911"
